Feeding the starving
Starvation is the biggest threat faced by the people of Yemen.
Ramadan is a sacred month of the Islamic lunar calendar, at this time of the year millions of Muslims from across the globe come together to pray, give charity, fast & celebrate the breaking of the fast with their family & friends.
However, for those already suffering from extreme poverty, crisis, conflict and displacement, gaining access to a regular meal for their suhoor and iftar can be extremely challenging.
8 out of 10 people in Yemen will not have enough food for their fast this Ramadan, many will proceed to fast on an empty stomach in the hope of a miracle.
By donating to our cause you are ensuring that many families, orphans, widows & children do not go hungry for Suhoor & Iftar. Together we can make a huge impact, bring hope, happiness and sustenance to those in urgent need.
The Good Deed Charity Ramadan fund is eligible for General Charitable Donations, Zakat, Sadaqah, Fidya, & Kaffarah.
